Thanks for purchasing EditorBridge!

By downloading or using the software, you agree to these terms.

License

When you purchase EditorBridge, you're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

A single license may be activated on up to two computers owned and used by the same person—for example, a desktop workstation and a laptop.

Please do not share your license with others.

Ownership

EditorBridge is licensed, not sold.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with the developer.

Updates

Your purchase includes any updates specified at the time of purchase. Future pricing or update policies may change for new purchases, but existing licenses will continue to work according to the terms under which they were purchased.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Share or resell your license key.
  • Redistribute the software.
  • Use the software in a way intended to bypass licensing.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the software except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Compatibility

EditorBridge is designed to work with supported versions of Adobe Premiere Pro and the Blackmagic Design Speed Editor. Compatibility with future software or firmware releases cannot be guaranteed, although reasonable efforts will be made to maintain support.

Internet Connection

An internet connection may be required for initial license activation. Once activated, the software is designed to operate without requiring a continuous internet connection.

Third-Party Software

EditorBridge is an independent application.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc. or Blackmagic Design Pty. Ltd.

Adobe, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Speed Editor are trademarks of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

EditorBridge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While every effort is made to ensure reliability, no guarantee is made that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use EditorBridge.

The maximum liability for any claim relating to the software shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the published Refund Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply to future versions and future purchases where permitted by law.
